We had a lovely stay here for two nights in a family room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We appreciated the little touches, such as the kids welcome pack, refreshed water and coffee, and sweets in reception. The free shuttle service to and from the free ferry was much appreciated too!

Beautiful stay!
Absolutely lovely stay! We were here for 3 nights and the staff were wonderful alongside the breakfast too !

The best in your hotel is kristian ferrara
We met a very special man full of energy polite and helpful, gave us exact information called kristiano ferrara .the floor of the room is not clean,we ate one night at the restaurant of the hotel that its supposed to be clean and special but unfortunately my daughter felt bad after eating tortellini vomiting 8 times and we lost full day and half ...we came for vacation and from another land to have fun and to feel good

Fantastic hotel – and the breakfast alone is worth it!
We had a wonderful stay at NH Amsterdam Noord and would definitely recommend it.
The hotel offers a shuttle service from the ferry, which we found a little confusing at first as we weren’t quite sure where we needed to wait for it. We figured it out the following day, but the hotel is only around a 15-minute walk from the ferry anyway, so we were quite happy to walk and explore the area.
The hotel itself was fantastic. It was incredibly clean, quiet and felt very secure. You need your key card to enter the hotel, and you also use it in the lift to access your specific floor, which we really liked.
Our room was lovely, comfortable and spotless. There were also thoughtful little touches such as sweets and water available at reception for guests to help themselves to.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was such a huge choice of hot food, pastries, fruit and plenty of other options, even little immunity shots. Honestly, I would stay here again for the breakfast alone!
It was also my birthday during our stay and the hotel left me a birthday card, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch.
Most importantly, the staff were incredible – friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to chat to.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service and Convenience
Our time at this hotel was perfect from start to finish. The room was beautiful, and both the room itself and the beds were so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. We were also treated to a fantastic view that we loved waking up to.What really sets this property apart is the hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, always making us feel welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially loved having breakfast in the charming little coffee shop.Location-wise, the free shuttle bus to the ferry is a massive bonus and made traveling into the city center completely seamless and convenient. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
