Morning staff is not the friendliest. The evening staff was so helpful, friendly, courteous, and went above, customer service. She made our staff fun. Recommended places to visit. I will stay here because of her.

When I checked into the hotel a man followed me from the lobby to my room, then aggressively tried to get into my room, and then stayed in the hallway for a long time. The phone in my room did not work so I couldn't call the front desk. When I finally figured out how to reach the front desk through my cell and navigating through an automated system the staff pretended to know exactly who the person was, said they had the wrong room and that they helped them find their room. Except that couldn't have happened because the man was still in the hallway. At that point I decided I couldn't stay there it was an unsafe place. They did send an employee to my room to escort me out of the hotel. It was an unfortunate situation and the staff lying to me makes them untrustworthy and made me feel more unsafe.

Tub was backed up. Took a shower in 2 feet of water. Took them all day to get it unclogged. I got housekeeping every other day and they just fixed rhe bed and didn’t change sheets and did not sweep or vacuum. Restroom floor was very dirty especially from the plumber leaving a mess. My daughter had to scrub the tub herself. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived in Phoenix very late and simply needed a place to rest for the night before continuing our trip. Thankfully, this hotel fit the bill perfectly.
The property layout is a little unique, but everything appeared to be well-maintained and in good condition. Our room was spacious, clean, and inviting. With the three-hour time difference working against us, we didn't get nearly as much sleep as we would have liked, but the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
The front desk associate who checked us in wasn't quite as welcoming as I've come to expect from Hampton Inn properties, though she was courteous and efficient. On the other hand, the associate who checked us out provided that extra touch of hospitality and friendliness that really leaves a positive impression.
Overall, this was a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, and convenient—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel.
