The location was excellent, with easy walking access to both the metro station and the city center. The room, bed, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable despite the relatively small size of the facilities. The staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, and having a 24/7 reception desk was very convenient.
Guests can store their belongings in the under-bed lockers, although I would strongly recommend bringing your own padlock for better security. While I was highly satisfied with the overall cleanliness and organization, an additional private dressing area would improve comfort, especially for guests who value personal privacy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and appreciated the balance between affordability, cleanliness, and accessibility.

Misleading place. Bad service and no care for guests
This hostel looks like a nice hotel from the outside. They even have a sign on the window that says: "Life is too good to go to a shifty hostel." They try to make you think they are better, but it's not true. It is just another bad hostel with terrible service, and they don't care about their guests.
Here is my experience:
On the first night, we arrived very tired and our room felt like a sauna! The "air conditioning" I paid for was just a fan that did not cool the room. I went to reception and the guy told me to raise the temperature to make it colder, which makes no sense! I had to force them to change our room. They did it, but said it was a "one-time exception." It is not my fault their A/C is broken. Everyone was dying of heat.
Also, they have a 6-story building and only one small elevator for 4 people because the other one is broken. We had to use the stairs almost all the time.
On our last night, they left us with no A/C at all. We came back to the room and found the windows open and a tiny fan for 4 people. Nobody explained anything. I went to reception and they just said "sorry I can't do anything. We couldn't even plug it in because there are no wall plugs in the room! Only small plugs for each bed. A totally useless solution. The receptionist said the hostel was full and did nothing. I had to ask for a free breakfast as compensation; they didn't offer it first.
Then, the receptionist told me no one else would enter our room. But after that, she put two drunk guys in our room who had been walking around the hostel for hours (I saw then earlier) They made noise and didn't let us sleep from 5:00 AM.
Also, the bathrooms were not clean most of the time, especially at night. They just don't care.
The manager spoke with me and refused to give me a refund. He just said: "Sorry, I can't do anything." He does not care about his business or his clients. I do not recommend this place at all.
Last recommendation:
Don't book 6 beds room. It is small and very uncomfortable due to lack of space. Same as the bathrooms on the same floor

Shower’s mechanism very bad since you have to press the button all time to get water !!!

Bad experience ever
This hostel was zero customer service , I got issue with them trying to call them they don’t reply at all almost one week the staff don’t pic up the phone they really make my trip difficult

Would not return
My son's trip with school. Small rooms to accommodate 6 17 year olds. Floor bath not well maintained with plumbing problems. Lamps in the room not working and never replace or view despite various reports from the boys. Mediocre food.
