Very good hotel

So clean, everyday bed towels was changed room perfect.we booked for 4 .we got room for 6.Reception so helpful , breakfast ok nice fresh ham cheese egg rasher tomatoes scrambled egg cake cereal tea and coffee rolls and bread.Close to everywhere.

Avoid at all costs.
Our easyjet flight was delayed and as we arrived late that evening they had given our room away. Eventually they found us a 5 bedroom instead of our double. It was late so we had no other choice. Ignoring the extremely shabby look of the place, doors and floors falling apart, electricity working in strange ways we slept and then spent the day touring lisbon. Upon return to our room we found the room completely empty only to be told our private and personal belongings had been moved to another room without our consent. The one member of staff claimed to know nothing about it as did the morning staff too. A complete violation of our privacy. Also wanted to charge us on check out for something that they could not explain what it was. Put a real dampener on what is an amazing city

Room and bathroom are very small.

Room is very small and uncomfortable.
The bathroom is the worst; you can hardly enter.
The only good thing is the location.
We booked two rooms, and for the same price, we received one that was better than the other.
The baseboard is all broken.
The closet is tiny.
The quality does not match the price.
I do not recommend it.

Clean, courteous and a great location to travel from. Close to the subway and bus stops.

Breakfast was good and had scrambled eggs, susugges, toast, cakes, coffees teas, juices, cereals, fruit. My air conditioner worked okay and was quiet. My TV Audio was broken. So no sound. My King bed room was small. The hotel location was good. Close to downtown .
