Very successful turn of the year

Hotel is very nice for some days
We were in Munich for two
Concerts.
Is very easy to reach by public and also all of Munich.
The breakfast costs 20 euros per person but it is completely worth it.
Very good breakfast.
We found a free parking space a few streets away and then took the tram into town and to the concerts .
The only thing I didn't like so much
Was the one blanket for both people.
Otherwise highly recommended.
Staff are very accommodating
And totally nice.
When I return to Munich immediately again.
Thanks for everything

The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
However, when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance, there are many things to be improved. The toilet had germs and stains, of the type that builts up over time. It was even clogged one time which needed a plunger to be fixed! The ceiling was water damaged and there were a big mark on it. There were also some stains on the toilet papers, showing that the staff were not paying enough attention when cleaning the room. There were also lots of stains on the floors and walls in the hallways. Also, there were many stuff like tools, chargers, repair wastes, etc., just left in the hallways.

Poor and loud air-conditioning. Dirty toilet upon arrival. Hole in wall in room 431. Weird smell in the room.

Decent rooms, clean, quite spacious. Some sites (google) mention a free breakfast, that's incorrect. Conveniently located 5min walking distance from a direct tramline to the Munich Karlsplatz/Sendlinger tor center. Grocery shopping nearby (several options), also several restaurant options. Good value for money, I'll probably come back here when I visit Munich again!

Nice room but hot as a sauna. Staff tried to help by offering a ventilator and we received a free breakfast. Parking is not cheap but safe. Public transportation nearby.
