Great hotel, top location
We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for three nights in June/July 2026.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the Charlottenburg district.
In just a few minutes, you can reach the Bismarckstrasse subway station.
From there, we could perfectly reach our planned destinations.
Additionally, you are surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, and various food options.
The pedestrian zone Wilmersdorfer Straße can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The reception is staffed continuously. In the lounge, free water is available for refreshment, which was really advantageous given the temperatures in the last few days.
There is also a hotel bar.
The hotel has several elevators.
Our room was functionally designed.
There is plenty of storage space.
In fact, we missed having a refrigerator a bit, but it wasn't a big deal.
Somewhat unusual is the fact that the toilet and shower are spatially separated. A sink in the restroom would be nice, but you can still manage without it.
A regular MacBook fits in the safe.
Our highlight at the hotel was the breakfast.
First of all, the restaurant offers a lot of seating. The breakfast buffet was great. Although it was nearly the same every day, it was incredibly diverse.
And the staff there were very attentive as well. Top-notch.
Breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 10:30 AM.
The reason for our trip was two concerts at the Spandau Citadel, which can be reached from U-Bismarckstrasse without transfers.
And for the next events, we will do it the same way again.
Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We felt very comfortable.

Wir haben uns bewusst gegen Minibars in den Zimmern entschieden, da wir unseren Beitrag zur Energieeinsparung leisten und zugleich an der Einführung eines kleinen Mini-Markts an der Rezeption arbeiten. Durch unsere zentrale Lage gibt es zudem zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, sich in der Umgebung unkompliziert zu versorgen.
Ihr Hinweis zu der Raumaufteilung von WC und Dusche ist wertvoll. Wir schätzen solches Feedback sehr und investieren fortlaufend in die Modernisierung unserer Bereiche, einschließlich der Bäder, um den Komfort weiter zu steigern.

Nice hotel, clean and good ambience. Lobby area is lovely as well. Beds are comfortable and rooms are sound proof. Beddings and pillows are comfortable and shower and toilet clean. Local area is really good. There is a shopping district 300m from hotel and there are sufficient eateries close to hotel. My son enjoyed the playground 100m from hotel.
While the room is good size for double occupancy, it is not particularly big for tripple occupancy. With the sofa open as a bed, it takes up a lot of space and room is not large enough. Tripple occupancy should get bigger room especially if hotel is charging extra.

Good hotel Leonardo

Very good choice of hotel for visiting Berlin.
For a romantic week, we were not disappointed by the quality/price ratio. Impeccable cleanliness, recently renovated. Very good bedding.
Special mention for the quality of the cocktails at the bar, excellent and reasonably priced (the bartender will recognize regular customers of the Long Island Iced Tea and Mai Tai).
Hotel located on the U2 metro line, which allows for very easy and quick travel in the center of Berlin and beyond.
Dining facilities nearby.
We recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin.
Special mention for the quality of the cocktails at the bar, excellent and reasonably priced (the bartender will recognize regular customers of the Long Island Iced Tea and Mai Tai).
