Nice stay in the heart of DOHA

Went to DOHA to attend FIFA WC matches. Pre-booked the hotel through FIFA website. Excellent location . Just 5 minutes walk to nearest metro station at MSHEIREB. Staff is excellent. Amenities are great. The restaurants are awesome serving great subcontinent cuisine.

I will not recommand even for small budget

Worth hôtel i have been in Doha. Fridge and tv not working, very poor wifi, toilet leaking, holes in carpet. The temperature in the room in summer reached 27 degree. I asked to change room which they did and the new room was not acceptable either. I change hôtel after 2 days.

Room Needs Improvement and Service Fell Short

My stay was disappointing, as the room conditions and service fell short of expectations. The bed sheets had noticeable stains, and the TV wasn’t working throughout my stay. The staff also seemed unaccommodating when I made simple requests, which made the experience less pleasant.
Additionally, the towels looked old and worn out, and the toiletries were incomplete, so I had to call the reception just to get the basics. Overall, the stay could have been much better with improved room cleanliness, working amenities, and more attentive service.

Worst hotel in doha

Staff is very rude they don't know have to talk especially the housekeeping team needs to improve knowledge and training to speak in proper way when i come with him reception is to loud like he is the guest and im hotel staff even i give him advice to give me king bed sheet and duvet cover i do that if you don't want but he directly denied to me since that time to untill my checkout time no one ask regarding the stay first tv not working second full of stains bed linen wall full in seepage i book king size bedroom they give me twin bedroom reception lady is nice but the way she is treating me like i don't have knowledge of hotel so i just highly deny don't stay i didn't not recommend before you book think about if you want i Higley recommend it Ramada encore doha it's just near the cayam Hotel and please if you want to improve just train the staff thank you.

Booked hotel for a non smoking area however the smell of the room we got is like it is allocated for smoking area.
I hope the lights to be changed in white color in the bathroom coz it's kinda lazy light.
