Impromptu Dublin Visit

We booked this hotel and short notice as our visit was a little impromptu. It’s ideally placed to explore Dublin with all of the main sights in easy reach. We weren’t disappointed as it was really lovely.
On arrival our first impression was with kitty who was extremely friendly and helpful when booking us in. We met kitty again the second night and I can say she is a credit to the hotel as were all of the staff we met during our two night stay.
The room was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. It’s a modern minimalist design with a shower/toilet cubicle and the sink is in the room so no bathroom as such. Everything else is as expected, wardrobe with safe, good sized tv etc. no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a galley on each floor so you can help yourself there.
We didn’t have breakfast but did use the bar area which has a really good vibe with a modern vibrant clean feel and lots of comfortable seating. The bar staff were excellent and helped us choose some stunning cocktails.

Our design brings the shower and loo into the main space to make the most of the room, with frosted glass for privacy and a curtain you can pull across if you’d like a bit more separation. Great space that’s new fresh and vibrant. They need to work on their check in system - wasteful, finicky, unnecessary steps which they call self-check in but it could/should just be done by staff. Otherwise, great location, room was excellent and would recommend to anyone coming to Dublin

Booked & paid for a room with terrace, but when we arrived, they had sold it to someone else.
Got no refund for the extra cost, nor any apologies from the staff, but they «upgraded» us to «a larger room», but it was a room for disabled people with wheelchairs, and not an upgrade.
Terrible service because of all of this. We did NOT get a refund, and cancelled our booking#2 on this hotel because of their service.
I recommend another hotel.

Perfect for our 24hrs in Dublin

Great location, super slick check in and the rooms were beautiful. The galley for tea coffee etc was well stocked with the option of making a drink to take out too. Service in the bar was great, espresso martini was on point!
