A well kept hotel a quick taxi ride from the Acropolis.

Room had view of Acropolis and Aegean Sea, full kitchen, washing machine. In a nice middle class neighborhood with small restaurants, coffee shops, bars, small groceries. Hotel has small pool with view of Parthenon. A short taxi ride from Acropolis and main squares. We had breakfast included each day, which was delivered to our room.

Good value for money, but very noisy

We stayed at Athens Panorama Project for a week and overall we were satisfied with our stay. The apartment offers good value for money. It is spacious enough for a family of four and is well equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location is also convenient: there is a bus stop right outside the building, and the nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre.
There were, however, a few downsides. The swimming pool was disappointing, as the water was not clean and contained hair and other debris. It was not inviting for a swim. The biggest drawback was the poor sound insulation. The apartment is extremely noisy, and you can clearly hear both the heavy traffic from the busy road outside and your neighbours. Earplugs are definitely a must. If you're also unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours, as we did, with a group of young people talking loudly on their balcony until late at night, it can be very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, this is a good choice if you're looking for an affordable, well-equipped apartment, but be prepared for significant noise.

Unfortunately after many years rooms looks very bad. I stayed in this hotel many time and see how wita degrading. Bathroom amenities are not fixed. Not even simple caffe tabs despaired of coffee machine in the room.

The staff was nice, the room was clean but the photos of the roof top pool were deseaving it was basically an intex pool on the roof, there wasn’t a bar or restaurant yet they provided breakfast which we had no choice of what we got and it was delivered ice cold and was uneatable

Perfect experience awesome organization comfortable spaces clean we went family and we were quite pleased. The staff very polite, and helpful at what you request. The little girl was delighted with the pool. We will definitely go back and we will definitely close a birthday there. ❤️✨
