Bad experience
You can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms, also the noise of the trains sncf
I asked for a change of room but the girl at the front desk told me she had no rooms available. She lied to me because then she received new clients, which proves otherwise. Very disappointed with this behavior.

Small but good rooms in quite central location
The tram (stop Gare Thiers) is around the corner, line 1 towards downtown and the old town, from the airport you have to change trains or walk 800 meters. It is located directly on the railway line, but noise was not a real problem.
The rooms very small, working is hardly possible in good condition, everything works. however, the bed is very short, maximum 1.90 meters. People up to 1.85 meters sleep well.
One offers "Light room Service", ie it will be emptied trash cans, towels exchanged (when on the floor) and the bed pulled straight. But that also means nothing is refilled. Coffee pads or tea bags not and eg not the cosmetic towels. I still had exactly 2 pieces, then the pack was empty and so it stayed the whole 3 days. This could be done better and putting down a new coffee pad is not the effort now.
Pros: The roof terrace in the 1. Floor can be used even if the bar or restaurant are not open.
The gym is very small, 3 devices and a few dumbbells, that's it. That's enough for an emergency. There is also a sauna, but no pool.
The Wi-Fi was fast and good, the Service at the reception nice.
However, you can only move into the rooms from 4 pm (!) on the day of arrival and at 3 pm it was really not possible yet.

We also value your constructive feedback regarding room size, bed length, and our “light room service.” Your comments about replenishing amenities such as coffee pods and tissues are very helpful, however we do have an amenity cupboard on the first floor that hold all extra items that everyone can take at their our time :-) please don’t hesitate on your next stay to enjoy this space.
Regarding check-in, we understand how a later check-in time can be inconvenient, we do have luggage storage to leave your luggages for free and you can also have a guaranteed earlier check in time on the Sonder App.

Anyway, with the price in such perfect location and clean room. I think it’s worth of money. And I am still willing to stay again.
