Best place to stay in Nice

I absolutely loved my stay here. I truly believe it had it all. The employees were all so nice & helpful from the moment I booked. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach. They breakfast was great. I loved that they had a connection to a beach club so I was able to enjoy a few days on the beach. Everything was just wonderful, no complaints at all!

We would like to share an impression that unfortunately has not been the most pleasant. Due to family circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel our trip to Nice and consequently our stay at this hotel. We promptly contacted the hotel and informed them of the situation.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to find a common understanding on the treatment of our prepayment. We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer flexible solutions, such as moving the advance payment to future bookings, which is common practice in other hotels we have encountered on similar rare occasions. In our experience, other hotels have always been cooperative – be it a refund or a voucher – and we have gladly returned to them repeatedly.
In this regard, for strictly following internal rules without taking into account the circumstances, we rate your approach at -5, and for customer orientation -2. This brings the overall estimate to -3.
Given this experience, we are compelled to remove your hotel from our priority options for future visits to Nice.
I would like to believe that in the future the hotel policy will become more loyal to its guests.

Unforgettably beautiful days

We were guests at this well-managed establishment in March for my wife's birthday. Many thanks to the attentive manager and the friendly staff who gave us unforgettable days at this establishment. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back again.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Fantastic location. Pre book parking before you travel as only 5 spaces of private parking.

Poor hospitality, average room, decent location

Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted with a partial check-in. Once the female concierge collected our passports, the entire energy of our conversations and level of hospitality shifted. Traveling from the US on our honeymoon, we were hopeful for (not expecting) a warm welcome into a new city, but rather received a dismissive and passive demeanor. While in the lobby, we “waited for our room to be ready”, the hotel continued with their regularities, one of which included routine sewage removal outside of the main entrance. The sound and smell drafting into the lobby was horrific. At 14:05, we finished our check-in. My husband loaded the dolly with luggage, after no assistance was offered, and rode up to our room. I waited for the elevator to return (out of sight of the female concierge). While waiting, snickering and cackling began, until I stepped into their view where conversations quickly diverted awkwardly. Low and behold, the snickering correlated with our room assignment. We had been awarded a room on the first floor directly above the sewage access port, equipped with flies and open windows. For the price of our suite, I was severely disappointed by the hospitality and overall care for clients. The following morning, she transformed and decided to be kind and helpful, with management staff present. If looking to book a hotel in this region, I would recommend removing this option from your list. Additional reviews will be left on other websites.
