The location is great. To the north there is the railway station. To the east the red tram line. To the south the blue tram (that goes to the airport). Plenty of small shops, bakeries and breakfast places around.
The only negative is the noise insolation, or lack thereof. You can hear everything in the corridor since there are gaps under the door. Could also hear pretty well from the room beside mine. How much that affects you depends on how light a sleeper you are and what other guest are staying at the hotel at the time. I put earplugs in my ears every night and slept very well so it was not a problem for me.

Just another unremarkable hotel in Nice
The hotel room was large, air conditioned, with French windows that opened, with views of the street below and neighboring buildings. The TV had a couple of English language channels.
Adjacent areas had Mozart named buildings, stores, and an institute. Probably why the hotel is named Aria! No information on this was apparent.
The hotel is very basic with housekeeping service much to be desired. Soap bottles were not refilled and neither were bath towels or coffee pods for the coffee machine. Used ceramic cups were not replaced with clean ones. Breakfast was extra and we did not buy it. The room was spacious and twin beds were provided as requested. The elevator in this six storied building can accommodate just two adults. If you have a suitcase, then only one person can be ferried at a time. It is also a very old fashioned equipment with two doors - one for the machine, one for the floor. It worked fine. The wide spiral staircase was attractive but given the high ceiling of each floor, the walk up and down were long.
I booked it through HotelSlash only a few days before my arrival. It was expensive - over 200 US dollars a night paying the local city taxes - per person per night - at departure.

the 1st thing to help you is do not book on non official website for hotel, it is always better to book directly with us as we are offering better rates than other. We don't even work with hotelslash thisone can put the price he wants.
