Poor customers service and accountability
Following a payment error with my credit card, the hotel acknowledged the issue and assured me that a refund would be processed. More than five months later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed approximately USD 500 for a room I never used.
Despite numerous follow-up attempts by email and phone, and even having someone visit the hotel in person to speak directly with management, I have received neither a response nor the promised refund. All follow-up requests regarding the refund have gone unanswered. This is not a minor inconvenience but a significant amount of money the hotel has failed to refund despite acknowledging the situation. .
For future guests, I would strongly advise considering another hotel. A hotel's true quality is revealed by how it handles problems, and in my experience, this hotel showed a complete lack of accountability and an unacceptable level of customer service. If you value reliable service, support and solutions provided when a problem arises, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Way way better than the last time l was here, in 2025
The rooms were clean and tidy, the food was and is always the best, the waiters, so friendly, the ambience has greatly improved.
