Exellent hotel and the best staff - comfy rooms and beds
I chose this hotel because of the quiet location and easy to reach the busy side of budapest and easy to access everywhere by foot . The location is just around the corner from Andrassy Ut ( street ) where all the designer shops are .
I came here to pick up my young daughter in law, to bring back to the Uk fro the summer holidays . As soon as i arrived at this hotel , i was looked after from the staff , especially Adri , Maja , Regi and the two lovely female cleaners . We stayed in the basement room which was very spaceous , cool and blue LCD lighting and a huge bathroom . The aircon was very good and the beds was clean and comfortable .
The breakfast was very good and the seating was really comfortable .
I have stayed in many lovely hotels in budapest and reguarly come to Hungary , as we have family in the next city . i would definitely say this was the best , relaxing hotel that i have stayed in and ,made to feel welcome . myself and my little stepdaughter ( Amira )felt relaxed here and welcomed by the staff .
They helped us alot and even made us both a lovely packed lunch to take to the airport because we was travelling at 6am back to th Uk .
We would personally like to thank Maja , Regi and Adri for everything that they did for us and also the two ladies on cleaning . You made our stay here , fantastic and ill never forget the kindness you showed us at smart hotel.
Hopefully we will be back soon !

A very good hotel.
It has a total of 14 rooms spread over two floors. It is located in a good part of the city, with a green area right at the door and a bus stop in front.
If you have mobility issues, it is perfectly adapted.
The different receptionists we had during our 4-day stay attended to us very well; they are friendly and speak good English.
Regarding the room, I always found it clean; it has small details that make it better than one might expect, such as a hairdryer or an iron. The bed is very comfortable and large.
The only downside I would mention is that on the first floor, the rooms are located next to the reception desk, and you can hear everything, but since we arrived so tired at night, it was not a big problem.
The breakfast is varied, takes food allergies into account, and the staff is friendly, helping with everything.
Finally, when we left, they gifted us a bottle of wine for each room. They let you choose from several of each type.
Highly recommended.

I expected more from a 4-star establishment.
The location is somewhat off the beaten path from the heart of the city but well-served by public transport (with a stop right in front of the hotel). The bathroom was large and comfortable. The kindness and availability of the entire reception staff were commendable.
The room was spacious (superior) but without windows, just a glass door that opened onto a tiny enclosed space between the walls of the buildings. The breakfast was definitely below expectations, especially since we are talking about a 4-star hotel. The excessive technology in the room forced me, due to a malfunction, to sleep with an annoying blue light covering the entire ceiling. I couldn't even adjust the temperature in the room to my liking because the dedicated software was out of order. And I was not at all satisfied with this. I only received the furtive apologies of a receptionist and nothing more. Having compromised half of my stay in this hotel, I would have expected more consideration towards me, perhaps with an invitation to return! And I certainly will not return...

Weekend in Budapest a pleasant discovery
I spent 2 nights in this lovely and particular Hotel, together with friends, during a weekend in March.
Very helpful staff: due to late taxi driver, we arrived for check in around 1am and were greeted at reception with kindness.
Spacious room, recently renovated like the hotel, equipped with a nice bathroom with large shower, with overhead shower and wall shower.
The sweet and savoury breakfast, with eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as croissants, jams, box bread and yogurt, is also very good, served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Highly recommended .Hotel near the metro stop , in quiet and very nice neighborhood
