EXCELLENT STRUCTURE

We stayed at this b&b for 5 days, occupying 2 rooms. We had a great time! The property is in a great location, close to the metro and, if you like walking, convenient to walk to all the tourist parts of wonderful Naples. Hearty and very good breakfasts, owner Francesca very kind, helpful and professional, cleanliness and attention to detail.
Really a perfect stay, we will definitely return.

It is not a hotel.

Terrible experience; it is not a hotel, but a room in an apartment in a dilapidated building. You have to take two elevators and cross a courtyard to reach the apartment. The meager breakfast is served in the kitchen or on a small sunny balcony overlooking the busy street. The room was also not tidied up; I found the bed unmade.

Excellent experience

Central location and very convenient for getting around easily on foot or by metro. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms equipped with all comforts. Wonderful staff, very helpful and attentive to every little request from customers. Francesca, the owner, although very young, is already an excellent hostess. We will definitely return as soon as possible

Confirmed unique experience

I returned to musep19 after 2 years and I confirm that I had a unique and excellent experience.
This time with 2 friends we stayed in the apartment on Via Avvocata opposite Piazza Dante.
What can I say... everything perfect, excellent location, brand new apartment equipped with every comfort and very comfortable.
Even the water is purified, the green-conscious owners do not use plastic.
There are no words to describe all the perfection of the smallest details, I'll just say try it. You will return and return every time you pass through Naples.

Positive

Our room was located within a residential/building context
(I must say very quiet) close to the metro so convenient for getting around the centre.
The room was very clean, equipped with fridge, air conditioning, Neflix TV and towels/hairdryer, so I would say everything you need on holiday.
The breakfast was top-notch, the desserts fresh and delicious.
Francesca was available and kind to answer any requests. She recommended places to see and also sent us the links for the various bookings/excursions.
In conclusion, the quality and price are right for the period.
