How to feel at home...

We stayed in one of the apartments for a week, what about: wonderful! Two-room apartment on the first floor, with three balconies and all the necessary amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, two televisions, air conditioning). The building has a lift and is located in a really strategic position, just a 10-minute walk from the center of Alghero. Very important aspect for those traveling by car: you will always find parking, maybe not exactly in front of the building, but turning a little 'in the nearby streets you will find large and safe parking (the area is residential). Nearby you also have the opportunity to find several supermarkets, we especially we always bought at Conad.
A big thank you to Marco, the owner of Casa Rosada, for making us feel at home, giving us all the necessary information and being always present. You have, in fact, the opportunity to always count on Marco, since he lives inside the same building.
If you are looking for courtesy, cleanliness and comfort choose Casa Rosada, you will not regret it. See you next time!

Absolutely to go back

Week-long holiday with friends. Perfect location both to visit the beaches of Alghero and to reach the center (5 minutes walk from the center ), all nearby services. Apartment equipped with all amenities (air conditioners, televisions, internet ) and very spacious, as well as being well furnished. Very comfortable mattresses. A round of applause to the owner Mark for the welcome, availability and sympathy. Not to be missed. Definitely will be back.

Two couples on holiday

Beautiful apartment 5 min. from the center on foot equipped with every comfort, clean and with everything you need. Mr. Marco very helpful and very nice. We highly recommend it!!! If we return to Alghero we will definitely stay there

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment, very well cleaned and equipped with all what you need as at home.
Spacious rooms, living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with all the comforts that one expects as if it were at home: satellite TV in every room, air conditioning, WI-FI, Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc etc., I do not think to ask for più.Poi we do not talk about the Owner Sig.Marco very competent person and especially very helpful (fantastic person), the house is 400 meters from the sea and 600 from the center of Alghero, well connected by bus to various beaches and escursioni.che say we will definitely return

Excellent value for money

Spacious apartment for one bedroom, well equipped including washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Central location close to shops, supermarket and excellent restaurants. 10 minutes.from the old town and 15 from the port. Very helpful host.
