Nice stay, reasonable price

Clean and comfortable hotel within budget. Nice breakfast with reasonable choice of food. Ver tidy. Room was good size and beds we're comfortable. Not sure if there's a wifi but I couldn't find it. Staff were helpful. Overall good stay and price is reasonable.

Average - one bathroom between everyone

Careful of the double room descriptions - "Classic Double" is a shared bathroom, "Standard double" is a private bathroom!
My fault on that one, but meant we shared ONE bathroom between potentially 20 people (i.e. our room (4 beds)), the other double room, the other quadruple room and the 10-bed dorm (so I make that 20 people minimum). No plug sockets next to the beds and our room was right next to the reception desk so we got woken up with early people arriving/leaving their luggage.
The shower and toilet are in separate compartments - to turn the lights on (inc. the separate shower) you've got to put your hand through a hole in the toilet cubicle (even if there's someone using the toilet). It's a bit weird - see photo. The shower floor was full of hair one morning and the shower head has no clip on the wall so you've got to hold it. There are holes in the tiles with tape put over the top to cover them and stop water entering.
We stayed for 3 nights - when we arrived, tried using the kettle and the switch was broken - was told by the staff you had to keep twisting and fiddling with it it until it made a connection. If the staff were aware the kettle was barely working then why wasn't it replaced in the 4 days we were there?
Good location, wifi worked well.

Good in general.

Pretty clear and comfortable place. I like it.
This is the best place to throw your body at night if you young tourist.
I wish the administration to add payment methods for crypto currency, Deeponion for example, this is our future.

Great location, not much atmosphere...

Fantastic location, very easy to get to on the tram. Take number 1 or number 9 from the railway station to Ivana Franka street.
It's a small hostel, but the staff are really friendly, helpful and keep the place spotless! Comfy beds, lockers for your valuables, decent wifi and big kitchen.
There's not a lot of atmosphere, but then the city itself more than makes up for it! It's next to a small market where you can buy snacks/essentials, and a really short walk from the Old Town. 5-7 minutes, maybe?

Perfect place to stay: friendly staff, clean location

Stayed in Euro-Hostel for two nights in September 2015, after hiking in transcarpathian mountains. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the toilets and bathrooms are spotless! Just a great place to spend time in such a lovely place like Lviv is. Met a scotish friend named Pele there, who must stay there on a regular basis.
Best wishes to the Euro Hostel staff from Germany.
