The room is stuffy. Air conditioning's down. Staff did not propose any solution to the issue.

The room has no air conditioning. It blows, but it doesn't cool. A tiny window opens to fortress mode. It's impossible to ventilate. There's a lot of traffic outside and enough from early morning. He reported it at the reception. Said they weren't embarrassed, couldn't offer another room, cited lack of availability. At the same time, guests were accommodated in several rooms.

More like a hostel than a hotel, be aware

This hotel is more like a slightly upgraded hostel. The rooms are clean because the place is relatively new, but very basic, practically no amenities, no coffee maker, no kettle, not even a small fridge, no in-house phone or phone at all, no room service (of course).
The water in the shower was good, however, plenty of it, including the hot water.
The staff are okay, quite helpful.
In our room the air conditioner (ceiling type) did not respond to the remote control, so we had to call from a mobile phone to ask reception to turn the air conditioner on and off from a panel they have.
Wouldn't return to this place.

Terrible service from reception

came here with a friend to travel to chernobyl. when we got back to the hotel one night we asked to order a pizza. reception staff seemed extremely helpful but after 40 minutes no pizza had arrived. when we asked where the pizza was they claimed that they thought it wasnt needed anymore so didn't order it... We never communicated anything to ask for the order to be cancelled? I think that they forgot to be honest.

No authority whatsoever

So I’m currently staying in this hotel and will be for the next 3 nights. The rooms are basic. And the facilities are basic. And so far it’s been nowhere near a 4* service. I’ve been woken up by noise from the room next to near twice, from loud music and then moaning (You probably know what I’m getting at here)
I’ve travelled a long day, I’ve asked to move room which I’ve had no success in doing and go and behold still noise next to me. Not even a security guard to go and tell them to respect others. They don’t give a damn. They want money and that’s it. Quite simply I’ve had enough of here already. If there was a flight back home tomorrow I would sure as hell be on it as I’d rather be back home than spend 3 nights listening to this!
