Accessible Holiday Opportunity
I saw Mr. Mert's post on Instagram, reviewed it, and compared it with a few hotels. Compared to other hotels I looked at, this one has advantages for us disabled individuals: the price is reasonable, the service is high-quality, and it offers a holiday experience like being at home. I thank the management.

Horrendous / robbery / AVOID AVOID AVOID
I just don’t know where to start, avoid at all costs!
We booked this hotel / apartment as a family of 3 adult and an infant, me my partner and my farther in law and our 7month year old son. We had just left the hospital after 14 days (8 in the ICU) as our son had bacterial pneumonia and RSV.
We wanted a nice relaxing 3 nights before we flew home after a very stressful holiday….
We arrived at approx 5pm the first thing we noticed is the horrendous smell and the three stray dogs laying in the reception / Bistro. I mean this is where you are meant to eat and sat there are a minimum of 3 scabby dogs that absolutely stink.
The room was not as described or pictured, missing furnishings, rips and stains all over the walls blood on the toilet roll in the bathroom, a minimum of 1cm deep dust and mildew on most surfaces. The bed had mold all round the bottom the headboard for both beds were moldy with visible white / black mold spurs all over it was disgusting. The smallest television in the lounge not a smart tv with no options for anything but a few Turkish channels. The bathroom was disgusting I mean truly disgusting the shower screen hadn’t seen a clean since it was built i suspect, makeup, greasey finger marks and what looked like someone had been popping spots in the mirror and not wiping off the spray from them.
Worst of all there were bare electrical wires hanging from the shower roof where the extraction fan had been removed and nothing replaced, just bare live, neutral and earth cable hanging there, and the same in the lounge area that looked like it had been attempted to be hidden with a little bit of tape, just so dangerous especially if you had a toddler that likes to explore or any child.
I have never ever been to a hotel in a bad standard.
I went straight to the reception they just kind
of shrugged there shoulders and said they would clean it in the morning…. I explained we had a baby with breathing issues and the mold and dust is dangerous, I’m allergic to dogs and they were all over the eating area and still no resolution. We had booked for 3 nights I asked for a refund and got a straight No, I tried to compromise and said I would pay for 1 night…. Again a straight no. This hotel cost us £440 and we left after 50minutes, we booked alternative accommodation 1.7miles away for the same amount of time and it cost £170 and I promise is 100x nicer, cleaner and friendly with no stinking stray dogs roming inside the accommodation.
I’m quite a chilled person but honestly DO NOT BOOK this hotel. You are going to be so disappointed and there are loads more nicer places cheaper within 2 miles.
Please avoid at all costs. It’s just robbery
To not even compromise on a refund when we left after 50min is just not good business.

Superstar Hotel
The management and staff are excellent, friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect. The rooms are also high-quality and beautiful; I liked it.

Our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised. The complimentary minibar listed in the hotel features was not available, and the receptionist was unfriendly and rude.
The room had cobwebs on the ceiling, the hot water was inadequate, and the breakfast did not seem fresh. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. The pools were also poorly maintained, with cigarette butts and stones visible in the water. Also there are no shuttles that go to the beach. You either have to go with a taxi or with the bus.
Overall, the hotel fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
