Quiet and calm and clean
My boyfriend and I are always relaxing here, very comfortable with the staff. Very polite.

Hygiene and cleaning is just not a thing!
So what can I say about this hotel.. the positives would be it’s very close to the airport and that it’s cheap if you wanted to stay for a few days. I stayed here for 7 nights / 8 days. Safe to say my experience wasn’t the most positive, upon checking in I was given a room in block B on the ground floor.. I walked in the place and it was filthy.. crumbs on the table, there was mould growing up the bedroom wall, the kettle was growing mould on the inside of it, and the room has in no way been cleaned there was no draws or wardrobe in the bedroom and just a metal frame to hand a few items. I went back to the reception and asked to be moved which thankfully they did I was moved to the floor up in block B. Although this place wasn’t much cleaner it was mould free so I was happy to stay. For the 7 nights I was there no one changed any bed sheets or towels and after asking reception they said they would be replaced and they never were. No one came to clean the room, and even if they were self contained they don’t give you anything to clean it while your there I went out to the shops and bought washing up liquid and wipes to clean the surfaces as well as found a sweeping brush in a cupboard at the entrance to sweep the floor. The tv has next to no channels but I did take my fire stick, which was a bonus but the internet was horrendous and kept dropping which made it harder to connect to it. The pool was empty which I expected with it being out of season but the pool inside was dirty so god help if they had filled it as it was all cracked at the bottom. I personally as a solo traveler wouldn’t stay here again just due to the hygiene in the place.

Title: Security Incident, Misleading Presentation & Force to Leave Accommodation
I booked this accommodation through Expedia and arrived expecting to find a safe and picturesque accommodation.
1. Condition on arrival
Shortly after entering the accommodation, I noticed serious shortcomings:
heavily soiled and unhygienic kitchen utensils
insufficient cleanliness throughout the living area
Equipment and condition did not correspond to the pictures shown online
The photos shown on the booking platforms are clearly outdated in my estimation and do not reflect the real state.
2. Early notification & documentation
I immediately documented the defects (photos/videos) and reported them to both the property and Expedia.
In doing so, I specifically pointed out that I fear escalation if the operator is involved.
3. Escalation & security incident
Despite these indications, an escalation occurred on site:
Intimidating behaviour by the operator
Police presence on site
de facto obligation to leave the accommodation immediately
I didn't feel safe anymore. I was unable to stay.
For reasons of self-protection, I had to contact the police.
4. Not a real emergency shelter
No actual replacement accommodation was organized for me.
A voucher offered was effectively not redeemable in high season.
I therefore had to pay for a new accommodation out of my own pocket at short notice.
5. Patterns in assessments
Only after the escalation did I look at further reviews.
Many of the descriptions of other guests describe comparable conditions and processes, indicating a recurring problem.
Conclusion:
This is not a matter of trifle or comfort, but of:
misleading representation
defective conditions
a serious security incident
I cannot recommend this accommodation.

A very pleasant stay.
The place is very pleasant, and the room I occupied was well arranged. The staff is very professional and responsive to my requests, whether related to the establishment or for other questions. I take this opportunity to congratulate them, especially Gulcin, who was able to meet my expectations and make my stay easier. I wish them all the best for the future!

A terrible hotel.
Communication is zero. No clear or professional information was provided during the accommodation process. Because we paid daily, the fees were constantly increased arbitrarily. The initial approach discussed and the pricing policy implemented later were completely different. Instant price fluctuations are prioritized over customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience regarding transparency and trust.
