Excellent city hotel

It''s a great hotel for short stays in the heart of Ankara''s nightlife. We came 2nd time and left very happy again. The cleanliness, the staff, soundproofing were all great. Thank you very much for the free room upgrade, we’re 100% Recommendations.

disrespectful staff

We checked in on 27-03-2026 and checked out on 30-03-2026. When we first entered the room, it was dusty; it hadn't been used for a long time.
The bathtub was old, and when we turned on the water, rusty red liquid flowed out for three minutes. The staff did not provide any information about this matter when we entered the hotel. Despite all this, we didn't voice our complaint, but on the last night our door wouldn't open, and we went to reception three times without success. Finally, the bellboy accompanied us and opened the room using a Mastercard. Since our problem wasn't completely resolved, we told him we would need his help again on our next check-in and check-out. As he turned to leave, he replied, "We'll take care of it," but thinking we wouldn't hear, he used a foul-mouthed expression, saying, "He doesn't give a penny... son of a bitch." When we went down to reception to complain, he apologized and said the swearing wasn't directed at us. We discussed all these complaints with the general manager, Ms. Sinem, when we checked out this morning, and she apologized, but we still had a bad accommodation experience. I don't think we will choose this hotel again.

Television did not work properly. The bath tub was not sucking the water quick enough. Hotel personnel was not in a good way of communication.

If you’re in the car, think again!

Never drive, parking is impossible. They park on the street, and it’s uncertain what’s going to happen to your car. It’s not a safe spot because it’s so close to Ankara’s entertainment scene. Not good for families with children. The valet or security guard is very rude.

Very Good location hotel

It was a clean place .Quiet rooms .in a very good location .every where is restaurant .it's not a very big hotel but it's a good place .bathroom was not excellent but it was good .we felt we were strangers .we prefer warmer people who give you a sense of being in home .
