Staff was so amazing and friendly. Clean. Loved the pool. Even had floaties for the guests.

Room was clean and comfortable. Electrical plugs next to the bed were wonderful. Could use more trash cans but we managed okay. Bed was comfortable, could use better pillows. Pool and hot tub were filthy and unusable. We tried but got out when we noticed the roll of toilet paper floating around. Hope we dont get sick. Gate to pool was broken. Expected better for a place in Scottsdale. Won't be back unless they address the pool and hot tub.

Nice hotel even when under construction. Stayed 5 nights for work and never heard any noise.

When we arrived at the hotel there were random bugs in the hallways and the sheets had blood on them. The conditioner was out in the shower. They charge a lot for parking, which is a huge set back. I saw a sign that there is a remodel happening this summer, which is much needed! I used to stay here a lot, but I won't be staying here again until after the remodel happens!
