Wonderful hotel

I would like to share my impressions of staying at the riverside hotel.
I’ll say right away that my impression is extremely positive, especially from the responsiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff.
In addition to standard accommodation, we had several unplanned situations when they met us halfway and showed care, for example:
1. Our stay in the room was extended even without moving
2. When we slept through breakfast, we were fed separately
3. When we arrived with the cat, they prepared bowls, a diaper and an extra bottle of water for us.
I have never seen such an attitude, I didn’t expect it, and I was pleasantly surprised.
The rooms themselves are clean and fresh, good plumbing, daily and thorough cleaning.
There is audibility, but it does not create any particular inconvenience; at night everything was quiet.
There is parking for guests in the yard.
All this, coupled with a convenient location near the city, the embankment and Kutuzovsky gives me every right to call the hotel wonderful, where I will return more than once.

Spent 110,000 to step on the rake.

Don't fall for the picture. This is not Ukraine, entrance from the yard and you get to the reception 2*3 meters. Next up is the settled commune. The beds are narrow. We refused to check in. Never managed to stop by the hotel.

Booked a hotel stay until the new year. Change of plans but I forgot to take the reservation. Withdrawn money for the first day of booking, reminders or warnings about withdrawals or arrival at the hotel were nowhere. The booking manager is lying that she called several times. Fat minus for this hotel.

Reception is 1.5*2 meters (if someone communicates with the administrator, it’s not easy to pass by). Question from the administrator: “Should I give you dental supplies?” Let me remind you that this is supposedly 4*...
The icing on the cake is the replacement of the booked and paid for room with a cheaper one. Two small beds (when booking a deluxe with a queen-size bed), an unhealthy sour smell in the room, as if the previous residents felt ill, and the room was cleaned formally.
As a result, they did not check in and left.
