Rooms' concept with bathroom en-suite

If you don't mind the room-size nor staying around in the hotel, then this is a nice selection or option to go for, relatively new (since Oct. 2018) with 13 rooms on one floor and 6 on another floor, clean rooms with shared kitchen and fridge, 24/7 reception and also strategically situated, by the south Garden Ring Road, 6 min walk to Dobryninskaya Metro Station.

Tiny but really nice.

This small hotel is themed after the work "Son of Man" by Rene Magritte. The rooms and lobby/breakfast area have paintings of Magritte's man, there are bowlder hats and apples everywhere, including the lightshades in the room.
My double room was very small, but the bed was comfortable, hot water in the shower and very clean.
Best of all is the freindly, helpful staff. I had a wonderful stay, despite the tiny room, no AC and no TV. There is free Wifi.

Very bad experience!!!

We order a room for two at this hotel because we saw that there are very nice standard rooms. But when we arrive there we were really surprised: we got a very small room that to got into bed we had to scroll to it. Also very expensive for the small room we got.

实在不咋地酒店，晚上到店大门紧锁，花了好一番周折打通电话才开门。前台在三楼，房间在四楼，全程得自己扛箱子。住三天只在第一天给了瓶装水，后面再问就说只有第一天才给赠送的。问题是连烧水壶和杯子都没有，只能买瓶装水喝。还有就是房间非常小，箱子根本没地方摊开。

Останавливалась в отеле в октябре, расположение удобное, не далеко от Павелецкой. Вежливый персонал. В комнатах чисто. Из минусов - плохая звукоизоляция, для завтрака маленькая комната, скученность народа, кормят на троечку.
