Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kraków. Highly recommended! ❤️

It said we would get a welcome drink which we didn't get when we booked breakfast at hotels.com. The room was okay. The staff was really nice and outgoing and my husband loved the breakfast, I really appreciated that there were more polish cuisine at the breakfast (like the jellies for example). Amazing location though, everything was a few minutes walk away.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were really helpful and made us very welcome (we especially loved Bartosz). Comfortable room and clean. There is a nice rooftop barestaurant which has lovely views of the castle and river. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit small but very well maintained by the staff. Hotel is well located - close to the castle and about 10 minute walk to the main square. Would stay again on next visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast selection, lovely location overlooking the river and castle. Short walk to Krakow old town and Kazimierz.

The hotel was in a great location to explore Krakow. The staff were helpful and informative. Rooftop bar an excellent facility with great views over the castle and river. Breakfast plentiful with good choice suiting all tastes
