Great hotel right at the heart of where you want to be.
An excellent hotel for your stay in Krakow situated in the heart of a vibrant and bustling city. The rooms are spotlessly clean the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing plenty to choose from all in all a great place to stay for your visit to Krakow.

We love it!
We really like H12. The location is on the edge of the Old Town which leaves you close enough to do everything on foot; but far enough to sleep in silence. Complete and quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect hotel, perfect location!
This was a great find of a hotel, about 5-10 minutes walk from the main station and located about 2 minutes away from the main square. You walk one direction to the main square and in the other direction, a few steps away from the hotel is Planty Park, which surrounds the old town and is lovely to walk around.
The hotel itself has very modern decor and is very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed from air conditioning, seating, tea/coffee tray and both still and sparkling water provided. As our stay progressed and the cleaner realised we didn't drink sparkling water, they would just leave still water. This is great attention to detail by the staff. We had a great night's sleep every night, helped by the air con during the warm summer weather. Bathroom was well equipped and had a very good shower. Room also had a safe provided.
We found the location peaceful and loved that we were across from what we think was the music school. We would open our room window in the morning and listen to the faint sounds of the music practice. It all added to our experience of Krakow.
The staff were fantastic and when I had no milk for my evening tea and there were no mini pots at reception, the staff member on duty gave us the rest of their carton that they would not use further that evening. That's great service. Breakfast was also good, there was something to suit everyone.
This was our first visit to Poland and won't be our last, what a wonderful city and country. We hope to return to Krakow soon and we will definitely stay at Hotel H12 again. Highly recommended.

Great option
We have had a fantastic stay at Hotel H12 and, without a doubt, we would stay here again.
The location is excellent, a few minutes' walk from the Market Square and the main points of interest in Krakow, which allows you to explore the city comfortably.
We were in a great family room, separated with a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and quiet, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast is very complete and varied.
We want to especially highlight the kindness of all the staff. At all times they made us feel at home. One day I had to connect to a videoconference for work and they provided me with a quiet space next to the reception, where there was also always coffee available and, some days, pastries for the guests as well. It was a gesture that I appreciated very much.
Another point in its favor is the restaurant/bar located right next to the hotel, with delicious pizzas and at an excellent price. After intense days of sightseeing, it was great for us to be able to have dinner there one night without leaving the hotel.
Furthermore, they had thoughtful touches that make a difference. The day we visited Auschwitz, since we were leaving very early and couldn't have breakfast, they prepared a very complete lunch box for us with two sandwiches, juice, water, fruit, yogurt, and an energy bar. And on the day of our departure, they also gave us some apples for the trip.
It is those small gestures that turn a good stay into a memorable experience. A highly recommended hotel for its location, its facilities, and, above all, for the human quality of its team. Without a doubt, we would stay again!
