Wonderful

Everything about my stay was great. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The reception staff were kind and efficient. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the quality of the service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Igor at the reception for his outstanding hospitality and helpfulness. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

3x complaints, no action from staff. 30+ School children running riot and knocking on doors to run away. 3 days of Hell

During my stay, a large group of approximately 25 young teenagers arrived at the hotel and were accommodated on the same floor as myself and my travelling companion. From the time they arrived until they departed, there were persistent disturbances including running through the corridors, slamming doors, shouting, and repeatedly knocking on my hotel room door before running away.
I reported these issues to reception on three separate occasions. On each occasion I was advised that the matter would be addressed, but the disturbances continued throughout their stay. I also requested to be moved to another floor, but I was informed that no alternative rooms were available.
The repeated noise and disruption significantly affected my holiday. I was regularly woken during the night and early morning, struggled to get back to sleep, and experienced considerable anxiety due to the repeated banging on my hotel room door. On their final day, I was woken from approximately 6am onwards.
When I raised the matter for a third time, I was disappointed by the response I received from reception, who stated, “They are children, what can we do?” I do not believe this was an acceptable response given that the issue had been ongoing for several days and had already been reported multiple times.
I was not the only guest affected. While making my final complaint, another guest approached reception to complain about the same group and expressed similar concerns regarding the hotel’s handling of the situation.
I chose this holiday expecting a relaxing break and a reasonable standard of comfort from a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of effective action by the hotel significantly impacted my enjoyment of the trip.

A few issues which were worked out asap. Good food and staff. Not a great sleep quality.

We picked this as the price and therefore location were less than the hotels in the centre.
The location is on the outskirts, so get there via bus or taxi.
We had a issue on the first night where the electric sockets we had (5) 4 did not work, our kettle did not work either. The kettle was fixed quickly. We had a atrocious sleep for the first night as the AC was also not working. The fan was moving, but no moving around of air. It was quite stuffy, so had the windows open. Unfortunately, some dumb idiot decided to tune their racing car nearby for about 2-3 hours at 11pm. The sound reverberated around the area. This was not the hotels fault. Our beds were not at all comfy, again, a personal observation. We asked to change rooms, and they moved us asap the for the coming night. The new room was better, thou it smelt like someone had smoked 60 a day in it. The shower head had blocked holes. At least the plug sockets worked. I cleaned the shower head, Its very rare that a hotel checks the shower head these days?
Breakfast is held in the next door hotel. Its very good, with lots of food on offer. Bacon, eggs, cereals, fruit, salads, toast etc.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
