Excellent 10/10

Absolutely excellent place. Very modern. Lift, swimming pool and private gym was a big plus! Also they have access to a tenis court, which is great when on tournament. Staff is top notch. Great value for money. 10/10z
Recommend to everyone!!!

It's ok

Our apartment was on the 4th floor up concrete steps however was clean.
The check in was also very confusing and we spent the first hour looking for the alleyway as we were not given any check in information.
The apartments are also in a block which can be noisy at times.

Hi Molly,
This review is written to wrong a business.
We have two locations (Meiselsa 22 and 24) and in both buildings highest floor is 3rd.
Also, no concrete steps, wooden stairs or tiles.
We send check-in instructions with pictures one day in advance via Booking or AirBnB.
Please check your reservation details (name of the property and address) and post it to a property you actually stayed.

AVOID

Be aware the rooms look nothing like what I thought I was getting it's not a 4 star 2 at its best !! Size of a prison cell !! My face dropped when I seen it .
Charged me for late check out but failed to mention if I left a good review I'd get free next day checkout I left at 3am and they charged me £63 pounds then tried acting stupid ..ripped off
Upstairs constantly banging through the ceiling from 10pm until early hours hardly slept.

Seriously? We rent private flats, 50 m2 being the smallest. Late check-out? We do not even offer that. Charged? We don't even have eftpos. Move your review to the property you have actually stayed at. Cheers

A comfortable and affordable apartment in Krakow

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It had a number of restaurants in its close proximities including an open food market. Place was clean throughout. I highly recommend this place. Although it's quite a busy area at night (number of bars), we still managed to sleep and rest comfortably.

Short break for Christmas Market.

The communication from start to finish from Ewa was excellent. Answered all questions quickly and fully and could not be more helpful. The apartment is secure and finished to the highest quality with some excellent food choices very close by. The area is a little noisy as it’s quite busy but little disposable ear plugs are available. Don’t let this put you off as it’s just an extra provided if needed. They will also arrange taxis from and to the airport which are affordable and efficient. We had a great time and will return.
