Comfortable stay
Smooth check in experience. Great location for everything. Room was clean and comfortable, beds were super comfy. Quite noisy due to the location with the main tram lines outside, but we didn't find this a problem and quickly got used to it, trams stopped around midnight and start again around 04:30. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Krakow.
Only complaint was the curtains not covering the full window and letting in the light from street lights outside.

Dump
If its a B&B well no room service if its an apartment no fridge or stove ect.. 10 min walk down the road for breakfast not ideal..also had to keep window open as the aircon didn't seem to work.. Which made the room very noisy from the trams and sirens ect.. The cleansing is not the best as the carpet was filthy.. I will return to krakow but I will avoid here.

This place should be closed down..
Absolute joke the whole place.
We have just come back from our stay in Krakow me and my mum.
We didn’t even stay in this dump as took one look and smell at our room and left..
It has no reception desk you have to walk to another hotel to speak to someone, the street walking up to the reception is awful thought I was going to get mugged it’s that much of a terrible view..
Women on reception was rude, blunt, uninterested, no help at all as she spoke that quickly you couldn’t understand a word.
You have to then walk to a second separate hotel for breakfast in the mornings.
Walked back to our aparthotel if you can call it that, couldn’t get into the front door with the code she had given us, had to ring the reception 5 times to get someone to let us in.
Room was on the first floor, the stench smelt like rotten eggs, very basic rooms, carpet was filthy and sticky to walk on, no toilet rolls, no bath towels, mattress stained, horrible brown itchy throws on the beds.
Draws inside filthy, horrible flimsy hanging supposedly clothes rack hanging down.
AC didn’t work
Very noisy street outside with trams running till midnight then start up again at 5am. Read this part from previous reviews did not actually experience the noise because we booked into a Holiday Inn straight away but I wasn’t chancing it..
Nothing to make the room look nicer at all on the walls, just horrid.
Down stairs opposite the lift was full of old junk broken chairs furniture ect.
The pictures they put up on line are NOT a true representation of this place.
Save your selves the time looking at this place it’s dreadful.
This place should be closed down..

Very warm rooms and noisy.
The rooms are basic but actually fine, they are clean and comfortable.
The location is good in terms of being close to both the Old Town and also the Jewish Quarter.
There is no reception at the hotel but it is looked after by another hotel very close and the staff there were excellent - very friendly and helpful, the curtains didn’t fit properly and the issue was rectified very quickly.
The low rating is due to two big issues - the rooms were unbearably hot, and the AC simply cannot bring the temperature down, the management are waiting for a company to come and address this but as the AC is currently behind the curtain I think it will need to be replaced and moved position, in all the rooms, so a big job.
Secondly the hotel is right on a busy tram intersection so as the trams run over the rail crossings it really is very loud, by day 3 we were starting to get used to it but as we are only stopping 3 days it was not very good. The windows are double glazed but still it is quite loud and of course as the room is so hot we would have liked the window open!
It is a shame as otherwise this would have had more stars.

Hotel centrally located however poor service, no reception thus was at another sister hotel and breakfast at yet another
