Best value no far from the city center

We traveled from Ukraine by car to Krakow. Parking at the hostel was a necessary condition.
Room pretty clean, also we have a lot of kitchen stuff.
But the best in this hostel was I didn't meet anyone from staff during all stay.

Dirty and insecure accommodation, no check-in or checks. Rude owner. Smells, degradation and zero professionalism ..

Absolutely unacceptable experience, one of the worst ever.
This property should not be rented to anyone, even for one night.
Let’s start with the most serious thing: security, completely non-existent.
The owner did not do any check-in, no identity verification, no procedures, nothing.
He simply put the keys in his hand without any control.
That means only one thing: anyone could come in, today, tomorrow, whenever they want. There is no guarantee that the keys were not given to other people sooner or later.
This is a dangerous, irresponsible and unacceptable situation, especially for those who travel and expect at least the minimum trade union safety.
The owner's behavior was rude, arrogant and completely disinterested.
No availability, no professionalism, no education.
Annoyed attitude, as if it were a favor to host someone, when instead he is paid to offer a service that he is unable to provide.
Zero respect for the guest.
After complaining about the dirt, he came to clean only what you could see, the dirty drawers, under the bed, the shower, everything remained dirty exactly as at our entrance.
The house is then in shameful condition. Very dirty, neglected, with a general feeling of abandonment and degradation.
We are not talking about a little dust: we are talking about obvious dirt, environments that give disgust, surfaces that do not seem clean for some time, food encrusted on cutlery.
Last but not least, the smell!!
We sprayed perfume for a week, there is no duct that allows to ventilate the room, except two windows placed too high, so inaccessible!
Unlivable is the only correct word.
It is evident that there is no serious management: no controls, no cleaning, no attention to the guest.
Just grossing and total freaking out. The quality/price ratio is non-existent, because here there is no quality, period.
This is not a “bad experience”, it is a situation that should not be allowed. Anyone thinking of booking should stay away.
There are safety issues, hygiene issues and an owner who should not be working in the hospitality industry.
Absolutely not recommended. A waste of time, money and serenity.

Just ok but only for a night or two

Booked this for a week but probably should’ve found a better place. This place has the bare minimum. The towels looked super old like they had been used for 10 years. Ran out of toilet paper because they rarely give more. Security is questionable as you need a code to get in the front, however anyone can just walk in through the back. Wi-Fi is spotty at best. No blinds so the sun was shining in super early each morning. Fridge was good honestly that’s about it. If you’re a backpacker it’s fine but if not you can do better.

Fair price and value

The hostel is not the best but for a couple of days it is fair enough. The best price/value here in Krakow. They offer a free parking place. You can pay with cash or credit card and the owner is really flexible

Great apartments in Krakow for little money.

Big, clean, bright apartments in Krakow. Not so far from the city center, free parking, clean and has everything you need. My credit card was expired so they could not proceed with the payment at the day of departure. They contacted ne and wait 3 days while I am returning home. After that I fixed the card details. Thank you so much for the great apartments and your flexibility.
