Everyone at the hotel was so loving and kind and helpful. Andrea really did a lot for us and we are grateful.. breakfast was delicious more than enough food. The area is safe and near public transportation, and only a three minute walk to the beautiful park and the boardwalk that overlooks the beach. It’s may be a 15 minute walk to Parque de la amour. There are convenient stores and even a restaurant right across the street. We are very thankful and very lucky to have stayed at Hotel soul mate inn.

The staff is amazing; very helpful. They gave great advice and assistance in planning our days in Lima. Breakfast was delicious. Shops, restaurants, the beach and the Miraflores boardwalk are within easy walking distance.

Breakfast limited mostly to eggs made to order. Juice and toast or bread.
Rooms are small and bathroom is tight and small. Challenge for two People.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We found out, when we showed up, that the room was not what they had described. Given the time of day, we were stuck staying one night there and rented at another hotel for the remainder of our stay. While at the hotel, we had to use the hotel's lobby bathroom because the one in our room didn't fill with water and, thus, couldn't flush. When they refunded our 3 unused nights, they couldn't make the credit card machine to work to reimburse. After negotiating for 1 hour, they accepted my proposal to reimburse in cash, but I had to finance 5% of the total which was the commission they paid to the credit card company (even though it was their machine which didn't work). Unless you REALLY want to rent there and risk the uncertainties, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....

The location if the hotel is good. The hotel itself is low to mid range. Smells a bit like mold and feels quite wet inside.
My review is low mainly for they didn't change towels sheets, or even soap and toilet paper during my stay.
