Fine hotel in Miraflores

We stayed one night at this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, nice shower in the center of the fine Miraflores neighborhood. Walking distance to Kennedy Park and many restaurants. The breakfast was good and delicious. Friendly staff and friendly staff.

Staff is beyond helpful

The front desk people who extraordinary! Jessica and Alfonso helped us after an eight plane trip. They suggested a nice place for dinner very close by and were very attentive helping us in. The next day when I fell and injured myself the staff went beyond by getting me ice and other help. We did have to transfer rooms due to fear from the fall to an accessible room. They did everything they could to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable too.

Great Hotel and experience

I loved this hotel! I dealt with Sayuri before booking via Whats App and she was extremely helpful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and professional. They offer a great buffet breakfast included in rate and have a rooftop pool that I was actually finally able to use on my last day there.. I started my Peru vacation there and ended it there as well. They were able to store my larger suitcase when I travelled as well. The location is great too! Near Inca shopping market, banks, stores, restaurants and Kennedy Park in Mila Flores

When I called to check in that said I was book for 1 night not 4 it’s not till I came up there that seen I had 4 nights. The room could be a lot better the walls needed paint and more of everything would have been great towels and toilet paper an American charger next to the bed not the bathroom. That never told us how breakfast works you can only go down there one time and that’s it i’m not multiple times even though it closes at 10. The staff was nice and showed us how to get to places. My boyfriend flight came in the next day so that was giving him a hard time checking him in even though our reservation set for two. No one at the bars. Only the restaurant. The pool was so cold even though it was hot. I will definitely come back to Peru

Start of our trip to Peru

Pleasant enough restaurant. No kettle in room so unable to make a drink first thing in the morning. Breakfast was a bit disappointing
