The facilities were very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is centrally located, near restaurants, bars, and shops. Highly recommended!

Good hotel in Lima.

Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. It has a small outdoor hot water pool and a gym. Very pleasant; they offer you a pisco upon your arrival. It is not in the historic center, but you can walk there, and Lima is very large.

The staff were very nice and pleasant, but there were several issues with my reservation. When I raised them, the blame was placed on the third-party booking site. I had reserved a premium room but was initially given a standard room because the premium room was not ready. Once I got the premium room, it still felt very basic. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the shampoo/soap dispenser was nearly impossible to use. On the positive side, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was okay, though nothing exceptional. Overall, the service was friendly, but the room and reservation experience were disappointing.

I had stay of 6 nights ! Room were big and cleaned , seen good hospitality from staff ! My concern is there was an entry door stopper , which always hurts during my stay as It was not positioned properly except this I had very good and comfort stay right in the center of Miraflores area ! Thanks

Crowne Hotel - Lima (Peru). Fabulous hotel.

Very good hotel, well located (in the Miraflores neighborhood) with excellent staff in customer service, special mention to Juana, Ximena, and Yomer, very good professionals. Also, good breakfast. The hotel is definitely worth it.
