Professionalism, friendliness, and comfort
My stay at the Hotel Casa Andina Standard Benavides was excellent. I especially highlight the kindness, cordiality, and professionalism of all the staff, who were always willing to help when I needed it. The cleanliness is impeccable, the facilities are very well maintained, and its location is perfect, in a central and very well-connected area. Without a doubt, a highly recommended hotel for the quality of its service and the warm treatment it offers.

The staff was very helpful. My flight arrived at 7 am, so I needed to check in early. They held my bag till early check-in at 10 am and even let me eat breakfast there before checking in.
The room was nice, spacious, clean, and had (almost) everything I needed. It didn't have a minifridge — there was clearly a space for one though in the built-ins, so I don't know why it was gone. Maybe it's not common in Peru... The air-conditioning was great and they had a wonderful ceiling fan. Water pressure and temperature was perfect in the shower. The soap and shampoo/conditioner smelled and felt good too.
I really liked the breakfast. I had break fast 4 times there and each day there were some consistent items and a rotation of new options. The juices and breads and fresh fruits were delicious. Some food was better than other, but there was always a wide range of things to pick from.
Also there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby that is trustworthy. You should always use bottled water in Lima, but the filtered water in the lobby is safe to drink and it saves you having to buy so many bottles at the dollar store next door.

We found the 3 Bs (good, nice, and cheap).
The atmosphere was very nice, the treatment was welcoming, for the service they asked us about the cooking temperatures and provided sugar-free sodas for those who requested them. We went during lunch hours and had an appetizer, main course, dessert, and soda. It was a hearty and delicious lunch from start to finish.
