The Vulcan area is conveniently located. The rooms are compact but contain all requirements.
Breakfast although self service is well managed, with an excellent food selection and has a peaceful morning vibe.
The Mathallen food and drinks area next store appears an excellent option for dining and socialising.

Great location, but the room was a letdown

The bathroom was not clean, and the toilet seat was loose, which gave the impression that it had not been properly maintained. The ventilation system stopped working, so we were unable to lower the temperature in the room. Instead of moving us to another room, we were given a small desk fan, which did very little to help, especially after several days of temperatures above 30°C and tropical nights. As a result, we spent the night in a hot, stuffy room with poor air circulation and got very little sleep.
Anyway: The breakfast buffet was ok. The location is great and its easy to get around.

The room we had was showing its age a little, lots of scuff marks on the floor and no USB fittings in there, with scratches on the plug fittings. Our children noted the showerhead in their bathroom fell down a couple of times and couldn’t be tightened.
The breakfast spread was great though there was nowhere to sit, it was so busy. Shame there couldn’t be an overspill in the floor below or something. Good location near Grunerlokka and easy to get into the centre on a bus or a longer walk.

Nice Hotel, in an interesting district with great bars and cafe's. Really good Food Hall next to the Hotel. A short (2 stops) bus journey to the city centre or a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

Bonus night

Stayed here a weekend using bonus points. To my great exaggeration, the staff was little informed about what benefits I could benefit from through the level of membership. I had to discuss this several times and finally I had to log in to the app myself to show them what was in the bonus program. This becomes too stupid, feels a little boring to have to stand and explain the hotel staff what benefits the customers have while the lobby is full of other customers waiting. Someone here has a job to do. It is well strictly taken the receptionists' task to offer these benefits when the customer stands at the counter, here there is someone who has a job to do. Beyond this the experience during the stay was very good.
