I have been so impressed with this hotel. I chose it for my visit because it was convenient for public transport, close to a museum I wished to visit, affordable and well-rated.
My suite was a great size, well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the bar area really cool.
I didn't eat in the hotel so I have no comment on breakfast.

Excellent experience
Great hotel, excellent location, wonderful room, but nothing surpasses the attention, sympathy and affection received by everyone at the reception, especially by Gabriel, Eddy and Lucas with whom I had more contact. The curious thing is that I am Brazilian, but I did not know that the hotel had this theme and Brazilian staff heheheh

Laundry service was super convenient. Staff were incredibly nice and super helpful to navigate the city! Metro stop is right in front and passes by often. Porsche museum is also just a 10 minute walk away

I had a terrible experience and feel misled by this hotel.
I had a terrible experience and feel misled by this hotel. To start, the location is poor for tourists: it is situated in a business district, isolated, far from the city center, and with no restaurant options nearby. The website does not make this clear.
The worst part was the administrative handling. We requested to cancel our second night at the front desk and were authorized by the staff. We cancelled via Booking.com and checked in for the first night as instructed, with the promise that the hotel would confirm the refund in the system. At checkout, the chaos began: the person responsible for reservations would not answer the hotel staff or Booking.com.
As of now, the hotel has provided no response and is withholding the payment for the night we did not use. While the receptionists are polite, they have no authority. The hotel lacks ethics and commitment to the customer. If you are looking for tourism and transparency, look elsewhere.
