Our stay at Le Méridien Stuttgart was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
A special thank you to Taha, Josiah, and the beautiful young lady, Visches, who kindly took our luggage to our room. Their warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made our stay extra special. They were always helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
The breakfast was fabulous, with an excellent selection of delicious food. We also loved the spa facilities—the sauna was wonderful, and the pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality and excellent facilities made this a truly memorable experience. We highly recommend Le Méridien Stuttgart and look forward to returning!complimentary coffee at the check out time was a happy treat thank you all for making my stay incredible

Nice delivery from Le Méridien

Stayed here for one night before starting a road trip as we needed a place to stay and work before starting a road trip. All in all the hotel delivered in most aspects.
Positives:
- Great service from all staff we met (reception, door man, breakfast)
- Was given early check-in, as we arrived with an early flight
- Pool is nice (not that there are limited times for kids)
- Spacious room
- Realized too late that they also have a nice garden with sun loungers
- Nice breakfast
- Good value for money
Neutral:
- Slightly on the outskirts of the city centre (especially with all construction going on by the central station)
- Could have both hard and soft boiled eggs at breakfast
Negative:
- Starting to show its wear & tear, but still very clean

Unfortunately not as expected

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Despite multiple inquiries and requests, the hotel has not taken care of the release or refund of a credit card authorization for weeks. I was assured that this would be taken care of within a few days—however, over three weeks have passed since then, without anything happening or me receiving a satisfactory response.
From a 5-star hotel, I expect professional handling of financial matters and service that strives for the satisfaction of its guests. Unfortunately, I did not experience either here.
An establishment that abandons its guests with such a problem despite multiple attempts to contact them does not, in my view, live up to its 5-star claim.

Solid and nice hotel centrally located

Hotel is a solid choice that is centrally located if you must visit Stuttgart. Is walking distance from mall and a variety of restaurants. Does not have much personality but does the job at a fairly reasonable price. Typical cold but efficient German hospitality but would choose to stay elsewhere if seeking any type of unique experience-as much as one can get in Stuttgart.

Wonderful visit

Stayed here for a weekend to escape the heat. The staff was great— super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and a great location if you want to explore downtown Stuttgart.
