Ideal location for exploring Munich. The public transportation U network is right in front of the hotel entrance. Walking distance of BWM museum and Welt. Walking distance of the Olympic Park. The family room was perfect for a family of 4. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also nice and very convenient. We had a problem with our AC in the room. I have asked twice the staff to fix the problem, but nothing happened. Hopefully, the weather was not so warm during our stay.

Nothing worked

This hotel wasn't great at all. The main issues we had were with the room. First night we realised both the hairdryer and the air conditioning weren't working. We reported this and had them fixed, but on the third night the lights wouldn't turn off. We reported it and were told that we could either move rooms or completely turn the power off. This was not very helpful at all as we had to leave the next morning and needed power to charge our devices which were almost dead. We didn't want to mess around moving rooms as we were tired after having been out all day, and the hotel staff didn't even try to help.
Some more minor issues were the fact that the pillows were basically flat which was very uncomfortable. The breakfasts weren't great either, there wasn't much option and the options they had weren't great.
I have not enjoyed staying at this hotel as it seems like nothing works and they don't even check the rooms. The service wasn't very helpful and I don't see myself ever coming back here.

Bunk room was very well set out. Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults for 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent

Excellent location - modern hotel - good breakfast. The room was a bit small - the air conditioning was too weak.
