Air conditioning was great, location was convenient, room was quiet. I didn't expect to have a balcony and we loved it. There were black out curtains and the hotel felt pretty empty.
Did not like the small shower where it was hard to even turn around. Breakfast was €15 for €4 worth of food. Room might be tight for some but it totally fine for the basics.

We enjoyed our stay and the price was good! The beds were comfortable with classic down comforters and pillows I’ve come to expect at hotels in Germany 😁; the staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet (€15pp) was quite nice. Drawbacks were no coffee or refrigerators in the room (we had a Standard Double w/2 twin beds); the hotel is directly above the Isartor underground station so you can hear and feel the rumbling of trains 24/7 (not a major nuisances but noticeable); and the carpet in the hallways and rooms is in dire need of replacement. In an otherwise sharp and modern looking front desk area and breakfast room, once you are in the hallways the dingy carpet gave it a different feel. Overall a good place and a solid 4-star rating.

The location was outstanding. S Bahn is very close, but some of the entrances don't have working escalators. "Breiterhof" S Bahn entrance has a working escalator, which is the one to take if you have suitcases and are going to the airport (S8 and S1). Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was tasty. No fridge in room, but the reception desk can take your items for refrigeration. Very quiet.

We park our car easy next to the hotel and we paid at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exact what we need it. The room was clean but I think they need bigger fan for the bathroom. The carpet on the hallways I think need to be changed, soon. For us was exactly what we need it, close to downtown and a clean bed.

Wifi was nearly non-existent. Called several times for staff to reboot the wifi but it didn’t help for more than a few minutes. Pull out bed was awful, staff didn’t even know how to use it.
Otherwise, the hotel was clean, staff were nice, and location was wonderful. Would not recommend for 3 travelers or if you need reliable wifi.
