Excellent location… just a two minute walk to the famous Hofbrauhaus and few more minutes beyond that to Marienplatz. Hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The hotel is clean and our room was great. The lobby and entry feels more like a 2-3 star. You use a regular door key and are asked to leave it at the front desk when you leave. But there is always someone at the front desk, so it’s not a hassle. The breakfast is somewhat small, but has all the basics, and the eating area looks recently upgraded and is very clean and nice. By general international hotel standards, this is a solid 3 star, definitely not 4. That’s not a negative, but worth calling out since the hotel has four stars on its website, which I felt was a bit misleading after our stay.

Great stay and location

I was a little skeptical at the location and hotel at first sight. It turned out to be a great location. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was a bit hard for me but the pillows were great. AC was amazing in the room! The added bonus was the amazing breakfast every morning. It was a pleasant surprise. This turned out to be a great hotel for price, location, and daily breakfast!!

Right in the middle and yet very quiet

The friendly city hotel: Conveniently located - just a few steps from the Isartor S-Bahn station, which is served by many S-Bahn lines, a stone's throw from the city center with culture, promenades, and shopping - and yet located in a very quiet area. Friendly welcome, nicely furnished rooms, good breakfast buffet, and instead of a thermos of drip coffee, you can also get a cappuccino or latte macchiato. We have been here several times, alone or as a couple, and would love to come back.

The room set up was good, however be aware that it is 2 twins and a pull out couch. Also there is no air port shuttle.
