Ten designerski hotel usytuowany jest w samym sercu Lipska, w odległości 150 metrów od hali koncertowej Gewandhaus i przystanku tramwajowego Augustusplatz. Obiekt oferuje całodobową siłownię oraz stylowo urządzone pokoje z bezpłatnym WiFi.

This hotel is very nice with professional and friendly staff. The room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning setup is a bit confusing at first but everything is explained. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness in the suite was really poor.
The location is well-known and perfect for exploring the city.
The night check-in was very friendly and efficient. The ladies at the reception also congratulated my companion (as the booker) on her birthday.
The turn-down service was only done in the living room, not in the bedroom. The welcome amenity was quite nice with a piece of cake and something to drink. And a partially personalized greeting card from the GM (unfortunately no birthday wishes). The night was good overall, and the air conditioning could also be adjusted with the help of the QR code.
The furnishings of the suite look somewhat older in parts. It has a living room with a workspace, a bathroom with a bathtub and a standalone shower, as well as a separate toilet (which could be closed off from the bathroom with a sliding door and had another door to the hallway).
The breakfast was okay, friendly staff, and they were quite quick in clearing the tables.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was rather disappointing, if not even disgusting. (see pictures)
At check-out after one night, I also reported the significant cleanliness and maintenance issues. Unfortunately, the young lady was not in a position to clarify anything more than just the usual platitudes. The management also seems not to care about it.
The price was okay, but given the issues, it would be nice if more attention was paid to the complaint.
Late check-out as a VIP member was no problem, and the "included" minibar was a pleasant bonus.
I am willing to contact the hotel to discuss details. Please, no clichés.

Good
A good hotel in a great location, its only drawback is that room cleaning isn't daily. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the staff are friendly.

Room is was clean and nice view, breakfast was lovely , reception staff didn’t know what they doing. I make the booking mostly hour before arrive to the hotel and she kind but didn’t know how to find my reservation. I spent lots of time to wait for hotel confirmation but my transaction from my card going through straight away and I receive confirmation booking email from Hotels.com straightaway

Very slow check in. It took very long time for everything and then he couldn’t find our reservation. He said it was fully booked but hotels.com said it had more than 8 rooms available. He eventually set everything straight and gave us an upgrade but they not very service minded. The bathroom hade no privacy, slide door that you couldn’t lock. Will not come here again.
