Cheap and cheerful room. The room was clean and the house keeper was lovely. She came every day for fresh towels and to empty bins. I stayed here with my family. It was safe and clean which is all we asked. Don't expect luxury as it is a cheaper option hotel but for a few nights it's absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? For a few nights absolutely! Disclosure, the TV and hairdryer was broken apparently in most rooms but you don't really need a TV these days and you can take your own hairdryer.

Did not Get check in info and there is mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. The bed was ok and the bedsheets clean

We had an extremely disappointing and even frightening experience at TM Suites in Dortmund. We arrived later in the evening, only to find a completely unmanned “hotel.” There was no reception, no staff on site, and the person we were told to contact in case of problems never answered the phone – despite multiple attempts to reach them.
The two rooms we had booked looked nothing like the photos online. In fact, it felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. Both room doors looked like they had been broken into – visibly damaged and poorly repaired, if at all. The floors were in terrible condition, dirty and heavily worn. The bathroom door couldn’t even be locked, and the door handles throughout the rooms were loose or broken.
There was zero sense of security, and we did not feel safe staying there for the night. The entire property gave off a neglected and untrustworthy vibe. It’s shocking that this place is even allowed to operate as a hotel.
I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had – misleading pictures, no staff, no safety, and absolutely no accountability.

Disgusting and a scam

Worst place ever!We walked in,and walked out in 10 minutes.It stinks of smoke,dirty laundry in washing machine,apartment was dirty.Entrance is up a dark staircase,felt like a horror movie.
It is located in a horrible,horrible area.We felt unsafe,neighbourhood is dirty and rundown.
This is a waste of money,and a scam.Cant believe they want people to pay for that rubbish dump
