Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. All staff very friendly on arrival and each evening in the bar very attentive. Gino was so lovely in the evenings very nice to talk too. Regarding pillow issues - asked for 2 more and were given to me while I stood at reception.
Hotel was extremely clean everywhere in the lobby and the rooms were spotless. Felt very safe and welcome

Very nice room, located close to public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and the staff was very helpful.

Only thing was that my key card stopped working, which was a little annoying after a very long day, but it was quickly resolved.

Small rooms but great breakfast and location

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but they were very clean and comfortable. It is not in the very center, but it is located within walking distance of public transportation.

Everything about the hotel was good except the bed was so hard that I woke at 3:00 in the morning with a very painful hip that continue hurting for the remainder of the day. Luckily I travel within air mattress and had to blow it up in the middle of the night then sleep on it. Berlin was in the middle of a heatwave in the air conditioner worked very well In fact it was a little bit too cold for me.
