Good hotel

Very good hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. For a short stay and to explore the city during the day, it was perfect!

Hotel titanic

The hotel is decent enough, but it's lacking in many areas for a pleasant stay. The blackout curtains are small and don't cover the entire window, so you won't be able to sleep if the light bothers you. The cleanliness is very poor; the bathroom air filters have never been cleaned, and the towels are practically garbage—tiny and worn out. We requested a change of sheets, and after asking three times from morning till night, they finally gave me a duvet cover. The walls in the rooms are dirty and need painting. I think with a little maintenance, it could be a good hotel.

We are particularly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the housekeeping service, especially having to request a change of bed linen several times before receiving the requested duvet cover. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We also take your comments regarding the towels, bathroom air filters, walls, and blackout curtains seriously. We have asked our Housekeeping team to check the condition of the towels to ensure that they meet our quality standards. Regarding the walls, painting and touch-up work is already being carried out step by step throughout the hotel.

The hotel in generel was nice. Location very good and the room and bed nice. But the aircondition was not working, could not cool down, had like 28 degree in my room at night. The reception sent staff to fix it, but was still not working. Got another room, same problem, 28 degree at night…. A little too hot for me to sleep.
Maybe not the hotel to choose if in summer time.

It was a nice property and the hotel was clean. Very close to public transport. However, my air conditioner did not work and I had to deal with extremely hot temperatures. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do when I reported it to them. I wouldn’t stay here during summer months.
