Next door to strip club and 24/7 shop next to train station.

It's an old and rundown hotel. Very responsive, next door to a strip club that is open until morning. Music from the club disturbed sometimes and across the street is the S-bahn Charlottenburg so there are some trains rumbling too. Whether this is good or bad depends on perspective. I appreciated it being so close to the S-bahn. The strip club I never visited but I googled it and it seems to be a place with good reviews. If you like going to a strip club, the location is perfect. Next to the entrance is also a "Spätkauf", 24/7 shop, always open. A short walk "around the corner" you are on Wilmersdormer Straße, right near the metro station. at the intersection Wilmersdormer/Kantstraße there are many different restaurants and it was perfect because I did not book breakfast at the hotel. 24 hours reception that you leave the key to when you go out. It was practical, so you don't have to risk dropping it. Cleanliness was really good. I reacted to it being so incredibly clean in such a cheap hotel room. In summary, a hotel that works well for those who want low price and proximity to both S and U - Bahn and are not sensitive to noise when you sleep. Would not recommend it to families with children, elderly and disabled. Cramped bathroom and a very high edge to the shower cabin. Very low disability adaptation. There's an elevator, but it only stops on the "half-level." So no matter what floor you live on, you need to walk down half a flight of stairs from the elevator.

extremely loud in the room, day and night. you could hear every word spoken in the stairway, the hallway, the courtyard and the reception area. Waking up a lot during the night because of the noise.

Building is unassuming from the outside but on the inside is very large and quite pretty. Our room was clean and the staff were very attentive and kind. Tons of food options in the area and very close to the main train station.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, however they did argue with me over paying city tax with card and not in cash.
