Great room really close to the train station, big supermarket and loads of bars and restaurants. Property is well maintained and very soundproof. Our room was warm but the reception gave us a fan when we arrived. Only downside to note is that they no longer have a launderette which we were planning to use. Would definitely stay again!

I like apart hotels with kitchen

We booked this hotel in August on the hotel's website. When we arrived, we were given a room without breakfast, but parking is free in this neighborhood of Berlin. Aparthotel is really nice if you have a dog and children with you; we had a nice kitchenette with everything in it. The quality of the room is good. Although there is no air conditioning, we brought our own fan. Because it is summer, it can get very hot. The location is a bit noisy because it is along the road. But if you close the window, you don't notice it at all. Good insulation. The staff is good and helpful. Unfortunately, you have to go outside to smoke, because smoking is not allowed in the courtyard. In short, good for a few nights.

Not great, not terrible

The hotel was situated close to S-Bahn, which made the center accessible quickly. The staff was always kind when we needed help or had issues with our room. Also, they let us move the stay after we had some issues with our flight.
Disliked · The keycard system was broken in our first room. We couldn’t unlock the room every time we came back to the hotel and sometimes we couldn’t even lock it. We got moved to a different room after the staff had to help us every night. The fridge there smelled so bad you had to open the window for 20 minutes to get rid of the smell that covered the entire room after taking something from the fridge. Also the dishwasher smelled terribly too in the first room. The walls were really thin and we could hear music, loud conversations and toilet flushing sounds from the next room. There wasn’t any AC, so we were dying from heat.

Quiet but close to Ostkrutz where nice busy and diverse
Short walk to station which is a hub to everywhere.

Misnomer, no AC

"Habyt 'Waterfront'"? Not at all. That's simply false advertising even if you do not end up on that side of the hotel that faces the railway tracks/Hauptstrasse (as I did). On the other side the view to the water (Spree) is blocked by two huge housing complexes. That's not waterfront by any measure.
Also, the rooms do not have AC which, given the temperatures in Central Europe these days, can be unpleasant. Fortunately, I am not particularly sensitive to street noise, so slept with the window open.
The rooms are otherwise fine - the bed's fine, there is a table you can use as writing desk, a nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, with coffee capsules, everything you need to cook if you like to, a separate bath room, and stable wifi. Rooms are clean and get cleaned on request.
The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
I did not sample the brekkie but at 19 Euro a pop it better be good.
The location - about 200 metres from Ostkreuz -- is good for the simple reason that Berlin's public transportation system of S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and buses is superb.
