Great location
Great location in Alexanderplatz which makes Sightseeing around the city easy. Very friendly staff who are always willing to help with any questions or query's that you may have.
Bar that serves up to around midnight and is reasonably priced. I did not eat in the restaurant myself but some of the other guests who did eat at the hotel commented to me on the good choice, quality and price of the food. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Berlin, it is very good value for money.

Not a dog friendly hotel
I'm on holiday for a week with my family and I have a dog with and when I ask them nice if they can put some dog food on the fridge they answer that we can't but they want to have money for a room and get a dog and they say they are dog friendly but how do we feed our dog for a week if we can't get dog food on the fridge I'm sorry I don't have any refrigerator with from Denmark so it's a little difficult to feed my dog as I say it to them that they crush no care and I ask are you sure it's a four-star hotel I get a flabet answer where they say we're not overrated on their stars but when you look at the website so it says it's four and a half stars it's absolutely not worth four stars and I never come again they're polite one can poor enough get a glass of water and four stars is completely overrated

We understand that traveling with a pet requires careful planning, and we regret that the storage of your dog's food caused frustration. Unfortunately, we do not have a separate refrigerator designated for pet food. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are not permitted to store pet food together with food intended for our guests. Many types of dog food are available in single-serving cans or pouches, which can be used immediately after opening and therefore do not require refrigeration beforehand. We understand that this may not suit every feeding routine, but due to our hygiene standards, we are unable to make exceptions and we are sorry that this affected your overall impression of our hotel so much. Great location and comfortable stay
We stayed here for 4 nights in July on our first visit to Berlin. We found the hotel to be very well located and had easy access to public transport so we could get about the city with ease. The hotel itself felt relatively basic but it has all we needed. Although we did miss that there was no fridge in the room. We had a couple of problems which were all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was fine. It had lots of different choices and I think even the fussiest eater would fine something they liked for breakfast. I can't comment on the hotels restaurant as we didn't eat there but it did seem to have a good choice and prices were generally similar to those of other restaurants. Beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. There is a supermarket just next door which was handy for picking up bits and pieces. All in all a very satisfactory stay which allowed us to make the most of our trip

Never again!!
Checked in and was told there would be works, but was still put on a low floor. After getting in very late, I was woken at 9 a.m. by loud drilling and banging. I asked to move rooms and was told one would be arranged, then later told to stay put until Monday. I also requested room service. I came back at 7 p.m. before dinner, room still not cleaned. I ended up gathering all my belongings and going back to reception to insist on the new room. Staff were dismissive throughout. This was ridiculous. I will never stay here again and would advise others not to bother. Plenty of better hotels nearby without ongoing building works.

Exceptional value
Just returned from a 5 night stay. We were so impressed with this hotel! Exceptional value for such a central location, friendly efficient staff, very little noise, unbelievable selection at breakfast, lovely rainfall shower and very comfortable beds. Honestly so impressed for the price, would highly recommend! :)
