Perfect accommodation for a Waldbühne visit

Perfect for a Waldbühne visit – got more than expected!
Due to the rather poor reviews, we honestly arrived without high expectations – and were all the more positively surprised!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were really clean and absolutely sufficient for our stay. The connection in particular was perfect for our plan to visit the Waldbühne. For an overnight stay with exactly this purpose, the location was ideal for us. The S-Bahn connection is perfect, so you can get there and back directly without any problems.
The price was really excellent compared to other hotels. The breakfast was manageable, but completely sufficient and served its purpose.
Overall, we were very satisfied and got significantly more than we had expected based on the previous reviews. For our next visit to the Waldbühne, we will certainly choose this hotel again.

The parking possibilities at Hotel was appreciated. Good area wit many resturants. Close to U and S ban.

Solid place in the middle of the neighborhood.

Solid guesthouse in the middle of the neighborhood. Location directly across from the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and only a few hundred meters from the Wilmersdorfer Straße U-Bahn station, so it's excellent. There is also a taxi stand, rental bicycles, and buses right outside the door. The Wilmersdorfer pedestrian zone with numerous shops is just around the corner, and Kantstraße and Windscheidstraße with many restaurants, good bars, snack bars, and several late-night shops are not far away, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit wild, but not nearly as much as it used to be. You can be out and about there undisturbed both at five in the morning and at eleven in the evening.
The hotel shows old Charlottenburg charm; the stairs creak, the ceilings are high, and the rooms have aged, but I like that and did not expect anything different. Everything is clean and regularly cleaned; the staff is diligently working, so I cannot confirm the other reviews regarding a lack of cleanliness in my case! All our special requests - an extra pillow, a second key, a kettle - were fulfilled quickly and easily. The staff is friendly and warm!
The only thing that was not to my liking was the breakfast. I understand - and have observed - that the other guests were satisfied. There is the usual: Bread and rolls, Nutella, jam, eggs, cold cuts and cheese, yogurts, quark, cake (!), and juice. I am someone who eats vegan and healthily and have only consumed fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and coffee, bringing my own food otherwise (REWE is nearby and opens at 6 AM :)) and happily enjoyed my breakfast in the morning. Apparently, the staff did not hold that against me either.
All in all: I would love to come back again!

good location, room wasn’t quite what i was expecting based off the photos. Very small room with shared toilet but you get what you pay for.
