Exemplary run hotel
Big plus:
1. Comfortable comfortable bed
2. Extra curtain to darken the room
3. Good ventilation system
4. Different lighting modes
5. Cleaners also check after 12 o'clock again if you need/can clean the room if you have been in the room longer.
6. Good sound insulation
A small minus:
1. The pillows are not very adaptable.
2. A shower enclosure as splash protection for the storage next to the sink would be nice.
3. Bin bags missing
On the whole, the hotel is in a position to be far ahead of the price and category compared to other hotels.
This is my first review for a hotel, which I liked to take time for.

Wir sind erfreut, dass Sie die Qualität unseres Bettes, die zusätzlichen Abdunkelungsvorhänge sowie unsere vielfältigen Beleuchtungsoptionen schätzen konnten. Unser Lüftungssystem sorgt stets für ein angenehmes Raumklima, und wir sind stolz darauf, dass Sie dies positiv hervorheben.
Jedoch bedauern wir, dass die Anpassungsfähigkeit unserer Kopfkissen nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach und die Duschabtrennung sowie die Mülleimerbeutel Anlass zur Kritik gaben. Wir verstehen, dass diese Details für ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis wichtig sind, und nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen sehr ernst.
Dennoch möchten wir hervorheben, dass Sie unsere Reinigungsservice-Zeiten und die gute Schallisolierung unserer Zimmer lobend erwähnt haben. Unsere Gäste schätzen besonders die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, die wir bieten.

Not a Four Star Hotel
Rooms were an okay size. No body lotion, no bathroom, complimentary water in room. Towels very thin. Mold in shower,
Bed ok but pillows are awful. A/C not great. Room never got cool and it’s was around 85 degrees outside.
Not centrally located. About a 40 min walk to center of town.
Breakfast was good. Can order eggs and coffee from waitstaff.
Front desk staff nice and welcoming.

However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of a comfortable stay, and it's with regret to hear your experience with the room amenities and air conditioning was not to our standard. We offer kettles at the reception and provide complimentary water in public areas to ensure our guests remain hydrated and comfortable. We take great care in maintaining our rooms and apologize if you encountered any signs of wear in the shower area; we are continuously working on improvements to our facilities. The comfort of our beds and pillows is usually appreciated by our guests, and we regret that we did not hit the mark during your visit. Regarding the towels, we aim for quality and sustainability, and we will certainly review your comments to ensure we maintain our standards. As for the location, our hotel is situated with convenient access to various attractions and public transport, which can significantly reduce the travel time to the city center.
Finally, we are pleased that the service at our hotel contributed positively to your experience. Our staff strives to provide a friendly and efficient service experience for all our guests.

Suitable for a short stay
Laminate swollen in the room, shower door fitting corroded and calcified, door frame coating detached in the bathroom, wallpaper transitions detached because inexpertly glued, beds unstable, mattresses as read.

Jedoch bedauern wir, dass gewisse Aspekte Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir verstehen, dass ein makelloses Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen beiträgt und möchten uns für die von Ihnen angesprochenen Probleme entschuldigen. In Berlin ist das Wasser sehr kalkhaltig, was zu Ablagerungen auf Beschlägen führen kann, und obwohl wir regelmäßig Wartungen durchführen, hinterlässt der Kalk manchmal seine Spuren. Unsere Betten und Matratzen werden von vielen Gästen für ihren Komfort gelobt, dennoch nehmen wir Ihre Rückmeldung ernst und werden dies als Anlass nehmen, um die von Ihnen genannten Punkte zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass sie unseren hohen Standards entsprechen.

Very good hotel for short stays
The hotel offers very spacious rooms and bathrooms with bathtub/shower function.
From here you can reach the S-Bahn station very quickly on foot and you get very quickly to Ku‘Damm which has a lot of shops to offer.
