Worst experience, Expect hidden charges, Hotel run by local goon name Sunder Bhujel

NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Worst experience. The hotel management is run by local goon Sunder Bhujel. Management is not transparent about the fee and charges. In our case, we travelled with family and booked this hotel for 3 nights. While checking in, the front desk staff told us that there were no rooms available for the 1st night (even though we had paid in advance) and sent us to another hotel (Hotel Shivam) for the 1st night (they didn’t pay for transportation) and then charged us hefty amount for breakfast after first saying it is included with the stay. Expect hidden fees and charges to show up in your hotel bill and they will not force you to pay it during check-out. They will snatch your luggage (seriously!! ) until you pay those fees.

All OK, nothing special

I chose this hotel based on it's location - close to a friend's room and the bus route for a very early bus. It is not too far from Swayambunath so might suit other tourists.
It was a good price, decent sized room at a reasonable price. Service was OK but I only had one interaction; checking in and paying at the same time. I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast because I left too early.
